Ms. Julie Becker prays that we help RIGHT THE WRONG!

In the early 1980’s, the Texas legislature established a funding adjustment for schools with fewer than 1600 students in regular program average daily attendance. And then later in the same legislative session the diseconomy-of-scale factor to be decreased even further, resulting in an overall reduction of 37.5% in small district adjustment funding.
