And this lady is Helen Keller, although BLIND she gave this rousing speech in 1925 to The Lions Club International Convention which

in part was:  She challenged ” THE KNIGHTS OF THE BLIND IN THE CRUSADE AGAINST DARKNESS”

The Li0ns accepted her challenge and one of the sight programs is recycling eyeglasses.
